Return/Exchange Policy

There are NO Refunds

Please do not send your purchase back without having contacted support@mjosephcreations.com first. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items under special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at support@mjosephcreations.com. 

Shipping 
Once you hear back from us and we determine you should send us the product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will contact you once the replacement item is ready to be sent back to you and will notify you of the return shipping costs and any additional fees if applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Purchases via third party payment systems

If you choose to pay via a third party payment system, you will be liable for any merchant fee associated with the cancellation of your order. M. Joseph is not responsible for third party processing fees if you choose to end the transaction at any time after the order has been placed and paid for. In this rare exception, a refund may be issued with any third party payment system merchant fee deducted from your total. 

Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for ALL customs and import taxes if applicable. M. Joseph Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs. If an item is refused, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as well as additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred during the shipping process.
