We are happy to resize an item due to customer errors when ordering. Please note that M. Joseph will not assume liability if you order a product in the incorrect size. If you notice that an incorrect size was ordered in error, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make the necessary changes prior to fulfilling the order.
Returns (for resizing)
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a resizing exchange.
To complete your resizing, we will require you to contact us first. To be eligible for a resizing, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.** Since M. Joseph does not assume responsibility for customer errors in ordering, there is a minimum resizing fee of $10 per piece. Additional fees may apply if excess materials are required resulting in an entire remake of your original item(s).

A resizing will NOT be granted if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, has been altered, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Resizing (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the anticipated time-frame of the resizing process.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying ALL shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will contact you once the item is ready to be sent back to you and will notify you of the return shipping costs and any additional fees if applicable (see Resizing above).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Purchases via third party payment systems i.e. Sezzle
If you choose to pay via a third party payment system such as Sezzle, you will be liable for any merchant fee associated with the cancellation of your order. M. Joseph is not responsible for third party processing fees if you choose to end the transaction at any time after the order has been placed and paid for. In this rare exception, a refund may be issued with any third party payment system merchant fee deducted from your total.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for ALL customs and import taxes if applicable. M. Joseph Crystal Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs. If an item is refused, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as well as additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred during the shipping process.
