M. Joseph is always working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible!

HANDLING TIME

There will be a handling time of 10–12 days (excluding holidays) between when your order is placed and when it is shipped. This allows time for the careful assembly and finishing of your handcrafted item. Each product is made by hand and requires a brief period to ensure it is prepared to the highest standard before it reaches you.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING RATES/TIMES

We offer FREE SHIPPING on any US orders over $100 USD.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

First Class Packages start at $3.21 USD and can increase based on weight. First Class Service, arrives 3-6 days after day of shipment; including Saturdays.

Priority Mail starts at $7.02 USD and can increase based on weight. Priority Mail Service, arrives in 3-5 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

Priority Mail Express starts at $22.75 USD and can increase based on weight. Priority Mail Express Service, arrives 2-4 days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and holidays. Delivery date may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service. Priority Mail Express will always require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

International orders are shipped via USPS & DHL Express.

First Class Package International start at $11.64 USD and can increase based on weight.

Priority Mail International starts at $34.53 USD (Canada) & $42.28 USD (Rest of the world) and can increase based on weight.

Priority Mail Express International starts at $42.85 USD and can increase based on weight.

DHL Express Parcels range based on weight, speed and location of destination. Rates and delivery times will be calculated and shown during checkout.

NOTE: 

International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches the intended country.

Takes 4-8 business days to arrive at Customs.

Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads.

Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in M. Joseph Creations being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees; furthermore, future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
